Frequently asked questions.

My project type is not listed. Can you still help?

Yes. These pages cover common projects. Send the address and a description, and we confirm the drawings your project needs.

Do small projects like fences and sheds need drawings?

Many jurisdictions ask for a site plan showing the structure, its size and its distance to the property lines. Some small projects are exempt. We check the rules for your address.

What drawings does an ADU need?

Usually a site plan, floor plan, elevations, sections, structural details and MEP information. Requirements vary by state and city, so we confirm the list for your jurisdiction.

Can you help legalize work built without a permit?

Yes. We document existing conditions with as-built drawings and prepare the sheets the jurisdiction asks for to legalize the work.

Do commercial projects need sealed drawings?

Often, yes. Many commercial projects require drawings sealed by a licensed architect or engineer. Licensed professional review can be coordinated where required.
