• Files: surveys, plats, photos, sketches, drawings, CAD files, permit comment letters and other documents you upload or send. These may contain names, addresses, parcel numbers or other details about a property and its owner.
• Communications: emails, phone calls, text and WhatsApp messages you send us, and notes we keep about your project.
• Billing information: invoices and payment records. Card or bank details are processed by our payment provider and are not stored on this website.

• Pages viewed, time on page, the website that referred you and actions such as form submissions.

2. How we use information

• To review your property and project and prepare a scope, price and timeline.

• To coordinate with licensed professionals, such as an engineer or architect, when your project needs professional review.
• To respond to permit comments and support your submittal within the agreed scope.
• To send confirmation emails, project updates and invoices.
• To operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve the website and our services.
• To prevent spam, fraud and misuse of our forms.
• To keep business, tax and accounting records and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

3. Contact forms and uploaded files

When you submit a form, the details are emailed to our team at drafting@makeasiteplan.com and stored in our website system so a request is not lost if an email fails. You receive an automatic confirmation email.

Uploaded files are stored in a protected folder on our web server that the public cannot browse. Files are attached to the email we receive or kept with your request in our system. We use them only to review and deliver your project.

Please do not upload information we do not need, such as government ID numbers or financial account details.

4. How we share information

• Licensed professionals who review, sign or seal drawings for your project, when that is part of the scope.
• Service providers that help us run the business, such as website hosting, email delivery, file storage, analytics, payment processing and messaging. They may use the information only to provide their services to us.

• Legal and safety reasons, when required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect our rights, our clients or others.
• Business transfers, if the business is sold, merged or reorganized, subject to this policy.

Drawings you submit to a permitting authority may become part of a public record under that authority's rules. That is outside our control.

Inquiries that do not become projects are kept for a shorter period and then deleted or anonymized. You can ask us to delete your information earlier, subject to legal record-keeping requirements.
